I honestly don't know. I think it's just so 'out-there' and dare I say, unrealisitc. I think in some ways for the more extreme BDSM stuff I prefer to see it in art or 3D and not photos as the proportions (breast size) can be a bit more exagarated.
What type of modification you like the most?
Personally, I like mods that are fairtly extreme but don't involved amputation(I don't know why, I usually disable them to a point where they may as well have no arms!) I am mostly an emotional sadist, so while I enjoy painful changes to a woman's body, I appreciate emphasis on the hopelesness of the situation and the degradation of being treated as an object to be molded and used by others. Regarding favorite transformations:
